Privacy note

This site is run by Diana Matei (DM the PM). If you have any question about your data, email diana@dmthepm.com.

What I collect, and only if you say yes

If you click Accept on the cookie banner, I use a tool called PostHog to see how people use this site:

• which pages you visit and how long you stay
• what you click, and how far you scroll
• where you came from, for example LinkedIn or Google
• your browser, device and rough location (country or city)
• a recording of your visit: mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. Anything you type is hidden.

If you click No thanks, none of this is collected.

Why

To learn which pages help people and which don't, so I can make the site better. I don't sell your data, use it for ads, or try to work out who you are.

Who stores it

PostHog Inc. stores the data on servers in the United States. PostHog is part of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which lets data move from the UK and EU to the US. Session recordings are deleted after 30 days.

Cookies

If you accept, PostHog saves a small file in your browser so it can tell one visit from the next. This site also remembers your cookie choice, so it doesn't ask again.

Changing your mind

You can change your choice at any time: open cookie settings. You can also ask me to see or delete any data about you. Email me and I'll sort it.

If you're unhappy with how I handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk.

Booking a call

When you book a call, the booking page is run by Google Calendar, and Google's own privacy policy applies.
